Advocate Rakesh R. Kallambalam is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sapthagiri Legal. A distinguished legal professional with over 17 years of experience, he has built a reputation for excellence in legal counsel, strategic advisory, and advocacy across diverse areas of law.

As a Central Government Notary Public, Adv. Rakesh brings extensive expertise and a deep understanding of legal frameworks, offering proficient counsel and effective representation to clients from varied sectors.

He holds a B.A. in History and LL.B. from the University of Kerala, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights (PGDIPR) from the same institution. In addition, he has earned an M.B.A. from Mahatma Gandhi University, an M.A. in History from Madurai Kamaraj University, and an LL.M. in Constitutional Law from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati.

Throughout his career, Adv. Rakesh has served as legal counsel to numerous business and financial institutions, successfully handling complex and high-profile legal matters. His extensive experience spans representation before trial courts, High Courts, and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
